About Us

F3 DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE based in Maleny, on the Sunshine Coast, offer personalised and integrated design solution.

We work together with the client and consultants to achieve innovative, affordable solutions.

Energy efficiency and sustainability principles are utilised in all our projects.

F3 DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE has completed a diverse range of projects including individually designed homes, multi residential, commercial and industrial, on the Sunshine Coast and elsewhere in regional Queensland.

MICHAEL LAKE

Michael has been registered as an architect in Queensland since 1981. He recently gained registration to work in N.S.W. and A.C.T. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Architects( (AIA)

Michael has a passionate interest in well-designed, affordable and sustainable housing. Currently Michael is on the board of directors of Coast 2 Bay Housing Group, not-for-profit housing provider on the Sunshine Coast.

MAX DUNN

Director and CAD Design and Documentation manager, Max has extensive experience in building design and construction principles, CAD systems and project co-ordination.

For each project, Max ensures compliance is met with local council, building code and other statutory regulations.

F3 DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE has dedicated staff.

We have staff that take care of job schedules, accounts, presentation graphics, computer modelling, marketing drawings and brochures and computer-generated virtual tours and 3D perspective drawings.
