Cahill warning to Socceroos

"WE'RE an okay team, we're not unbelievable ... we need to make sure we know that".

Those were the strong words of warning from Socceroos star Tim Cahill on the verge of Australia re-starting its World Cup qualifying campaign away against Oman on June 8.

Cahill is back in his home country to host some clinics on the Central Coast and Gold Coast.

"I don't like to get carried away because the Asian Group's one of the hardest," he said.

Meanwhile, The Daily Mail has reported that Saudi club Al Nassr is trying to lure the 32-year-old, who still has two years left on his contract at Everton, to the Middle East.

The Socceroos will play a friendly against Denmark on June 2.
