Teen committed to trial over child sex, porn offences
A CLIFTON teenager has been committed to stand trial in relation to 16 criminal charges, including those related to child sex offences and possessing child pornography.
The 18-year-old man is alleged to have enticed three underage girls, the youngest aged 13, into sending him naked photos of themselves via their mobile phones and Facebook.
The offences are alleged to have occurred in March 2011 and August and September 2012.
The man appeared in the Warwick Magistrates Court last week, where Magistrate Graham Lee ordered the matter be heard in an upcoming sittings of the Warwick District Court.
The 18-year-old has not entered a plea.
Warwick District Court comes to Warwick a few times each year and will held next week and in both July and November.
