Leggatt remains behind bars

KEN Gordon Leggatt will spend another fortnight behind bars as he awaits a court appearance on a host of charges.

The 26-year-old appeared in Warwick Magistrates Court this morning, where he expressed an intention to plead guilty at an upcoming court date.

He has spent the last two weeks in police custody after behind denied bail on October 1.

Leggatt is charged with such offences as supplying drugs, obstructing police, wilful damage and dangerous driving.

He did not make an application for bail this morning and will re-appear in the court on October 31.
