Let the games begin on Big Brother

ALL 14 housemates are now locked inside the bubble of the Big Brother House, and so the game play begins.

The final two additions to the house - veterinarian Ray and accounts manager Benjamin - were snuck in late Tuesday night after the live show in which the viewing public was introduced to sparky George and model Ryan.

Footage of Ray and Benjamin entering the house at Dream World on the Gold Coast did not air until Wednesday night, and they're set to be two of the more polarising personalities.

Ray is a self-confessed perfectionist and while Benjamin may have the gift of the gaff, some will find him loud and opinionated.

Some fans have expressed disappointment at the lack of diversity in the new cast.

The ages range from just 18 to 32 and there's little variation in ethnic or socioeconomic background, essentially making this year's crop a group of young, mostly hot, things.

The secret of the multi-millionaire is also out with astute Big Brother fans quickly unearthing a magazine article about George's WA property wealth.

But fans can still watch as the women try to figure it out.

Hanging over their heads is their Sunday deadline, by which time they have to correctly match the seven secrets to the correct guys to avoid possible elimination.

The secrets will be revealed on Sunday's show and then the first live elimination will take place next Sunday August 26.

Viewers must vote to keep their favourite housemates in Nine's revamped show, rather than voting to eliminate like they did in the previous Channel 10 version.
