GOT the winter blues? Let Rose City Shoppingworld lift your spirits with its health and beauty displays.

The displays went up yesterday and will remain until tomorrow.

From 10-2pm there will be exhibitions and demonstrations outside Woolworths, from John Duggan Amcal Chemist, Clare's Hair Together, True Beauty, Brumby's bakery and more.

G.I. Fit In Fitness also have a display promoting their new running and outdoor circuit training groups and Zumba classes.

The professionals at John Duggan Amcal Chemist will also be conducting blood pressure tests, blood glucose level tests and BMI readings.

They will also provide advice on workout regimes and mental health.

Rose City Shoppingworld marketing manager Stevie McGregor said the centre had been looking forward to hosting the event.

"It will be great for people to get some expert advice about how to improve their lifestyle and live a little healthier, as well as getting some fun tips on exercise as we head into some warmer months soon," she said.
