Surgery patient stable

AN RACQ CareFlight rescue helicopter has left Warwick Hospital this morning with a female patient suffering surgical complications.

A spokeswoman said the 36 year old woman experienced complications during abdominal surgery and was flown out to Toowoomba for further treatment.

The patient was in a stable condition when transferred.
