GYMNASTICS: The Warwick Gymnastics Club has almost 200 members but that hasn't stopped them welcoming the staff of the Warwick Telstra Store on board to raise some extra dollars.

Telstra store manager Bianca Jenkin said staff members had offered to join the club to assist with a sausage sizzle and forthcoming competition. "We will match the money raised where we are assisting dollar for dollar," Jenkin said. "Gymnastics is pretty close to the hearts of our staff members ... two are former gymnasts."

Club president Coby Walker said the money raised would be used to upskill coaches, purchase new equipment and child safety initiatives, including a new outside fence.

The club has training and activities six days a week at its gym, including tiny tumblers during school hours. Information from the club on 4661 9826 (late afternoons).
