Warwick Magistrates Court
A WARWICK man involved in an alleged assault of a 17-year-old youth at an Albert St residence on Sunday morning will front Warwick Magistrates court this afternoon.
Police reported that the 21-year-old was accompanied by a 20-year-old man, who was released on bail and is due to appear in court March 13.
Detective Senior Constable Glen Roche, of Warwick CIB, said the three were known to each other
"The 17-year-old received cuts and bruises and was taken by the Queensland Ambulance Service to Warwick hospital," he said.
The two were charged with burglary with violence and causing bodily harm in company.
