Christmas comes early at bowls club

JOIN the Killarney Bowls Club this weekend for their Christmas party.

A smorgasbord will greet visitors from 6pm and Santa is scheduled to arrive at 7pm.

Les Watts will be providing entertainment for the night.

Where: Killarney Bowls Club, Arbutus St.

When: 6pm tomorrow.

Cost: Smorgasbord costs $15 for adults, $7 for kids.

 

Santa Paws on tomorrow

PET owners are invited to bring their four-legged friends to get photographed with the man in red.

The Warwick Animal Welfare Association is running their popular Santa Paws tomorrow, where all money raised will go to finding homes for abandoned and abused animals of Warwick.

Raffle tickets for a prize of $1000 worth of electrical goods will also be sold at $1.

Where: Rose City Shoppingworld, at the bottom of the escalator.

When: From 9am tomorrow.

Cost: $10 per pet.

 

Carols in the park not to be missed

DON your festive outfits and head down to Carols in the Park this Sunday put on by the Warwick Rotary and Lions clubs.

Where: The band rotunda on the Palmerin St side of Leslie Park

When: 5.30pm

Cost: Free; however food, snacks and beverages are a small charge.

 

Yangan Christmas Party fun for all

IF you are heading to Yangan tomorrow, you may find yourself amongst a flury of festive activities.

The Yangan Village Christmas Party will have pony rides, Ute and truck pulling competitions, yabbie races and other activities and entertainment.

THE Charity Markets are on this weekend, to help raise money for special charity causes.
