Chipper chaps are invited to gather around the poker table at the Criterion Hotel on Palmerin St tonight for a free poker tournament.
Kicking off at 7pm, people are invited to bring their best poker face to the table.

2. Turn up the music for St Patrick's Day
There's no hint of a shamrock in their name, but Gympie band Tennessee Lights will get toes tapping this St Patty's Day with a live show at Warwick's Horse and Jockey Motel.
Blending blues rock with party classics, the four piece band will set the mood for a great evening.
The kick drum will be thumping from 8pm tomorrow.
Guinness, green beer, Irish food specials will provide keep tummies satisfied as the fun continues into the night.

5. Inglewood speed shear on show
How fast can your shears fly?
Inglewood will be filled with the sound of shears clicking in the new event at the Inglewood show this weekend, with hundreds of dollars in prizes to be won.
Competitors can nominate for the open and intermediate events.

6. State championships rev up Morgan Park
THE first round of the CAMS Queensland Motor Racing Championships will be held at Morgan Park Raceway this weekend.
There are 127 entries in 10 categories.
There are 26 drivers in the Hyundai XL class and 22 in improved production.

7. Grand finals prove ultimate challenge
WARWICK cricket grand finals will be played tomorrow to prove the best teams after almost six months of fixtures.

8. Have a great run
THE weekly Warwick Pentath-run will start at Queens Park tomorrow morning just down from the Warwick Water Rats Rugby Union Clubhouse.
Two laps of the Condamine River is the course, participants can run, walk, push a pram or lead the dog at their own pace for a total of 5km.

9. Golf championships
ROUNDS three and four of the Warwick Golf Club championships will be played this weekend in all grades.
The first two rounds were played last weekend and the clubhouse leaders in A grade after two rounds are Declan Murphy for the men and Sam Hinze for the women.

10. Cowboys kick off season at home
THE Warwick Cowboys will play Highfields in round one of the Toowoomba Rugby League on Sunday.
The Cowboys just missed the competition's top-six in A grade last season and made the grand final in the under-18 grade.

11. Night game for Wattles Warriors
THE Wattles Warriors host Goondiwindi to start the new Toowoomba Rugby League fixture season.
The first of three Saturday games will be the under-18 clash between the two teams.
