Young boy dies, parents fight for life after unit blaze
A THREE-YEAR-OLD boy has died and his parents are fighting for life after fire at a unit complex in Beenleigh.
At around 9.50pm on Sunday police were advised of a fire in a single unit at the complex in Manila Street.
Police and emergency services attended the scene and the fire was contained to the unit.
Five people, two adults and three children were in the unit.
The two adults have received serious life threatening injuries and two of the children have also been injured.

The cause of the fire is unknown and police have established a crime scene while investigations to determine the cause of the fire continue.
The two adults and the two children have been transported to hospital.
