6 things to do these school holidays

School holidays, that glorious time when you get to spend a week or two with the kids, but what to do?

Here's a few ideas from around the region that will interest and entertain.

The Darling Downs zoo are only a short 30 minute drive from Warwick and are a wonderland of fun, fur and feathers.

The kids will be so excited to see the lion cubs, snakes, huge array of birds, crocodiles, baboons, llamas, monkeys, antelopes and so much more.

Sadly, we didn't even get enough for a snowball on the Southern Downs, but it's not that far away. Pile the kids in the car and drive only three hours south on the New England Highway. It's gorgeous countryside as a bonus. There's been snow at Ben Lomond too, which is a little bit closer.
