Ex-Rooster helps Japan trounce the Welsh
FORMER Roosters and South Sydney NRL star Craig Wing helped Japan take full advantage of an under strength Welsh line-up in the second and final Test in Tokyo.
Wing scored a try in the 23-8 win over the Six Nations champion, Japan's first win in nine Tests against Wales, and their first victory over a major rugby nation after almost 80 years of trying.
Kiwi flanker Michael Broadhurst scored the other try, while Ayumu Goramaru kicked 13 points.
The Welsh were missing their head coach and 15 players because of the British and Irish Lions tour of Australia.
