Eagle Boys Warwick unveils new uniform and branding
EAGLE Boys Warwick's franchisees John and Robyn Rye are celebrating being named in the Australian network's top four stores, just as they prepare to revamp their business with the pizza company's exciting new branding.
A new sign, the refreshed logo, uniforms, and revamped interior - to include a fun blackboard for customers - are just some of the changes marking the milestone.
It has been an exciting July for the Ryes, who have owned the store on the corner of Fitzroy and Albion streets for seven years.
The Ryes, with their son, store manager Anthony, were recognised in the company's High Five Incentive Program acknowledging operational excellence.
"We're always concentrating on ensuring we're following Eagle Boys' operational standards to offer our customers the best product and service," John said.
"This award is certainly testament of this, plus we have a fantastic team. They are all from the Warwick region and are outstanding. Our store is very family-oriented and we know if we treat our staff well, our customers and we will get the results tenfold.
"We receive massive support from the Eagle Boys Support Office field team which has helped us really focus and do the best we can for our store and community.
"A special mention must also go to our fantastic customer base, they have been as supportive as they were when we started seven years ago."
As part of the refresh, the franchisees chose to install a blackboard for their local customers.
"We have lots of families come into the store and order our pizzas. We thought a blackboard would be perfect for kids. My granddaughter, Brianna, also works at the store and she writes a quote on the blackboard every Saturday, plus other team members and customers add to the blackboard with jokes and pictures," John said.
The brand refresh is being rolled out across the network and Eagle Boys CEO Bruce Scott said the new image demonstrated the brand was primed for the future.
"Over the years, Eagle Boys' focus was to provide high quality, great value meals to our local communities and through our brand's refreshed DNA, we want to ensure we are doing everything we can to make our local community happy," Mr Scott said.
The refresh includes the introduction of the Eagle Boys Happiness Fund to ensure communities are being made happy throughout Australia.
Groups, charities or individuals can apply for a pizza donation from the Eagle Boys Happiness Fund online.
