RACE 1 (1.30pm) - M J CLEANERS/PINE VALLEY DRIVE PLATE (Maiden, 1000m)

RUMBA LAARA has performed strongly this preparation, with seconds at Warwick and Tara, and is still yet to miss a place in six career starts.

She is ready to win.

DUTCH GAL looks to be the leader, and if she shows natural progression from her last start third at Toowoomba, she'll be right in the finish.

OPTIMISTIC HEART may find the five furlongs too short, but does look to have a bit of class.

Sean Teuma: 6-2-1

RACE 2 (2.15pm) - K&A BUILDING QTIS HANDICAP (BM55, 1000m)

MISHANI SEEKA is drawn to lead from barrier three, and there's no doubt trainer Ben Currie will have her ready to fire.

ECHOING has amassed a good record from her seven career starts (two wins and four placings), and only has to overcome the wide draw to be a major player.

SHELLY'S DREAM is firstup after a very successful preparation last time and she looks to be a major hope.

Sean Teuma: 2-4-12

RACE 3 (3pm) - COMMERCIAL & GENERAL INSURANCE BROKERS P/L HANDICAP (Class B, 1200m)

If NEW ALLIANCE can handle the rise in trip to six furlongs, he just wins.

MAXWELL is the only possible danger in a race lacking any sort of depth.

Sean Teuma: 1-2-4

RACE 4 (3.45pm) - CENTRAL MOTORS HOLDEN STANTHORPE CUP (Open, 1200m)

The Stanthorpe Cup for 2017 looks to be a clear race in two.

AGAPANTHA has been contesting much better races than this, and gets in 1.5kg lighter than his only danger after the claim from Nick Keal.

SUN WILL SHINE is looking to go back-to-back and was impressive at Warwick last start, albeit in a field of four.

MONDAY'S EXPERT and ALPENGLOW have very minor claims.

Sean Teuma: 1-2-4

RACE 5 (4.25pm) - GREENLANDS TIMBER HANDICAP (BM55, 1400m)

OVER THE VENTURE resumed at Ipswich after a long spell and was impressive when running a narrow fourth.

STROMBO has been running well at the picnics and it wouldn't shock to see him run well here.

SCANDALS is suited by much further, however he is rated a lot higher than some of his competitors and certainly looks to have some upside.

Sean Teuma: 1-5-2
