Agents prove hot property
AS WARWICK'S property market continues to strengthen, so does the quality and performance of the town's real estate agents.
Recently, two outstanding members of the LJ Hooker Warwick team were recognised at the real estate network's Western Queensland awards ceremony.
Leanne Cameron and Elle Anderson won a host of accolades, outperforming agents from bigger offices in the group including Toowoomba, Ipswich, Roma, Dalby and Gatton.
Ms Cameron, who won three awards including Top Income and Top Number of Sales, said persistence was the key to the team's success.
"Persistent is the basis - I'm only interested in my sellers and the expectations of Rob Finlay our owner," she said. "I'm very proud of our agency - we've performed so well."
While in the past she had been "the bridesmaid" at awards ceremonies, Ms Cameron said it was exciting to be a winner.
"It makes us feel wonderful as a team - it's been a diverse and different year," she said.
"I was so excited and happy for Elle too - she's one of the best employees we've ever seen."
Ms Anderson, who won the Principal's Choice award, said she really wasn't expecting to win.
"It's a good feeling to be awarded for doing something you love," Ms Anderson said.
The awards recognise excellence in the past six months - while Ms Cameron was also added to the Captains Club for making the Top 15% of sellers in the LJ Hooker group as whole.
LJ Hooker Warwick owner Rob Finlay told Better Business he was incredibly proud of his team.
"It's a pleasure to come to work each day and see such positive and motivated people," he said.\
