Alcohol-fuelled brawl ends in court date

A WARWICK man has been charged after he was allegedly caught fighting on the corner of Fitzroy and Palmerin Sts last night.

Sergeant Lisa Self said the 44-year-old male was arrested for public nuisance and the police were investigating the second person believed to have been involved in the brawl.

Neither of the people sustained injuries as a result of the fight, but Sgt Self said alcohol was a factor in the incident.

The Warwick man will appear at Warwick Magistrates Court on February 14.
