Baby injured in fall from window in Lockyer Valley

UPDATE: A 14-month-old baby boy who was injured in a fall this afternoon has been taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a serious condition with a head injury.

The incident happened on a private property in Grantham.

EARLIER: A baby is believed to have fallen from a window at a private property in the Lockyer Valley

The 14-month-old is believed to have fallen from a height of 3m from the property on the Gatton-Helidon Rd at 12.20pm.

The baby is believed to have suffered a head injury in the fall.

Other injuries are unknown.

Emergency services are on scene.
