Specialty drinks on offer at hotel

THE Warwick Hotel wanted to offer residents something new and different, manager Darren Pettiford said.

Next month Warwick people will have a chance to attend the grand re-opening of the Warwick Hotel in conjunction with their participation in Business After Hours.

The Warwick Hotel will open its wine bar, which will be stocked with specialist wines, spirits and beers.

The restaurant will again be fully functional with a new chef employed and a new menu on offer.

There will also be a beer menu, which will also provide an extra 50 types of beers, for example, Banana Bread beer and Knappstein Reserve.

“We will have various drinks on offer for the resident of Warwick,” Mr Pettiford said.

“Drinks that are not available at your regular pub or club.”

Included in the hotel will also be two VIP rooms for people wanting a little more privacy.

Mr Pettiford has invited everyone to attend the Business After Hours/grand opening Monday, May 9.

Business After Hours is a joint Warwick Chamber of Commerce/Warwick Daily News initiative which aims to give members of the business community a chance to visit other businesses and share their hospitality for a couple of hours, while exchanging ideas. Formalities are kept to a minimum, as the emphasis is on networking.

Those interested in hosting a BAH in the future should contact Peter Read on 4660 1302.

Host businesses supply refreshments in return for the opportunity to showcase their business to other traders, customers and staff.
