Big New Year's at Bowls Club

THE Killarney Bowls Club will have live entertainment on New Year's Eve this Saturday night.

Popular Gold Coast Band "The Troubadoors" featuring Horace Bevan and Tamara Ward will entertain New Year's Eve revellers through to midnight on Saturday.

The Bowls Club is having a smorgasbord dinner on Saturday night as well with bookings being taken on 4664 1214.

During the past two months the club has been running a promotion where for every $10 spent either over the bar or in the kitchen patrons have received a ticket to go into the draw for around 20 prizes.

Prizes include a 390 litre fridge-freezer, a gas barbecue, a lawn mower and many more great prizes.

The promotional draw will take place on New Year's Eve, so if you have an ticket make sure you get along to the Killarney Bowls club on Saturday night as you have to be in the club to claim a prize if your name comes out.
