Boys tie for first in gymnastics

THREE level 1 male gymnasts from Warwick Gymnastic Club walked away from a tough competition with two boys winning joint overall first position and second position overall.

Kaleb Tapping (9 years) and Ethan Oloman (8 years) shared equal first position overall while Jesse Archie (9 years) came in as second overall.

The boys competed against gymnasts from the Garden City PCYC Toowoomba and Ipswich PCYC.

Ethan performed well taking out first position on pommel horse and parallel bars.

Kaleb scored consistently high on all apparatus with a first position on high bars and second on floor and vault.

Jesse followed closely scoring first position on vault, second on parallel bars and high bars.

The boys train between two and four hours a week at the Warwick Gymnastic Club with coach Lisa Frattini.
