Five children in three-car crash in Warwick
AN elderly man has been transported to hospital for assessment after a three-vehicle crash on the corner of Albert St and Dragon St in Warwick at 3:30pm.
Police said early indication suggest a Warwick man was driving a red wagon when he failed to give way at the intersection and crashed into a white SUV carrying five children.
Two of the children in the white SUV were under the age of three.
Senior constable Black said the elderly man's vehicle spun around and collided with a third vehicle at the intersection.
Fire fighters cleared the scene of broken glass and attended to fluid leaking from the white SUV.
Paramedics transported the elderly man to Warwick Hospital for assessment.
The man did not appear to have any serious injuries.

Police are directing traffic at the intersection.
No charges have been laid at this point in time.
