Broken leg after being hit by bull

A 12-YEAR-OLD Warwick girl was transported to Toowoomba hospital yesterday after a bull struck her, leaving her with a broken leg.

An ambulance spokeswoman said the girl was reported to have been in the yard helping with cattle, when one small bull broke away from the group and hit her.

An ambulance unit was called to the Canningvale residence at about 2pm and she was taken to Toowoomba at 5pm.
