Crash leaves one killed at Ballandean this morning

ONE person has been killed in a fatal traffic crash this morning at Ballandean, south of Stanthorpe.

Preliminary police investigations suggest around 8.15am, a motorcyclist travelling east on Eukey Road collided with a four wheel drive travelling in the opposite direction.

One person was declared deceased at the scene.

After the accident, the road was closed in both directions.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
