Bubbles to boost charity for cancer research
IT'S A night all about the ladies. In aid of the McGrath Foundation 16-year-old Bubbles Barbierato is holding a fundraiser to raise much needed funds for cancer research.
The event will be held on October 21 from 6.30pm at the Douglas Feez Pavilion.
Bubbles, who is involved in the Warwick Show and Rodeo Society, took on the event this year after previous organisers had other commitments.
"Last year they raised $1800 for the Cancer Council," Bubbles said.
"This year we want to top that amount.
"Each year they raise money for a different charity, the McGrath Foundation was chosen this year by the campdraft chairman Brian Boyce."
Oh and fellas - you're most welcome to head along too.
