Businesses hit by thieves

TWO Warwick businesses were broken into last night and police urge businesses to abreast of their premises’ security.

A Warwick Police spokesman said entry into a Wallace Street business was gained through a window and "a moderate amount of cash", a laptop and mobile phone were taken.

The second business was located at Rosenthal Road and the spokesman said a cash tin, EFTPOS machine and several mobile phones were taken.

"These offences occurred some time last night and we are seeking information from the public," the spokesman said.
