C-grade tackle early final

IT will be an early start for the Warwick C-grade side when it plays Dalby in the Toowoomba Rugby League grand final at 10am Sunday at Clive Berghofer Stadium.

Warwick won the major semi final and had Sunday off while Dalby beat Gatton 26-16 in the preliminary final.

In A grade, Valleys will seek a fifth successive premiership win when it meets Dalby at 3pm. Dalby secured a chance to win its first A-grade premiership after a 44-32 victory against Gatton in the preliminary final.

In the under-18 grand final, Newtown will play Valleys, Newtown beat Souths 40-32 on Sunday.

Newtown and Gatton will meet in the reserve grade season decider after Gatton beat Dalby 30-10 in the preliminary final.

All TRL Ambassadors, including Jessica Carey, of the Warwick Cowboys, and Holly Whittaker, from the Wattles club, will be introduced to the crowd at 2.30pm and will collect money on the grounds for the Cancer Council.
