Car towing caravan involved in Coast head-on crash

EMERGENCY services are at the scenes of two separate hinterland crashes that occurred about 20 minutes apart.

A car towing a caravan and another car were involved in a reported head-on crash on Flaxton Dr at Montville at 2.24pm Friday.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said two men and a woman were being treated by paramedics.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said there were reports one of the vehicles had gone down an embankment but firefighters confirmed both vehicles were still on the road when they arrived at the scene.

Meanwhile, the occupants of two cars which crashed on the Landsborough Maleny Rd have been treated for minor injuries.

This incident was reported at 2.43pm.
