Chance of frosts on Thursday

IT WAS a bit breezy at the weekend with a few showers around the district on Sunday.

Today will see overcast and windy conditions as the east coast low continues to push moisture onshore.

Areas to the south of Warwick will be the most affected.

The low should move east on Tuesday and start to clear in the afternoon.

Wednesday should be fine and clear after a cool morning and by Thursday frosts may make a return but it will only be for the one day as Friday may see a return of the overcast and windy weather.

At this stage the weekend is looking fine but there will be a bit of cloud around.

Temperatures should stay in the mid to high teens for the week.

Nights should be in the mid-single figures except Thursday with a minimum of around 2 degrees.

Moderate winds from the SSE are expected in the early part of the week and swinging to the NE by the end of the week.

Only a couple of millimetres of rain is forecast to fall over the Downs.

I hope you have enjoyed the first edition of Westy's Weather.
