GOLFERS will tee off for a cause tomorrow as they take part in the Warwick RSL Crime Stoppers Golf Day.

As Crime Stoppers' biggest annual fundraiser, all money raised will go towards work carried out by the organisation locally and to provide rewards payable from time to time.

Crime Stoppers member Trevor Schrader said it was days like these that kept the organisation afloat.

"It's really important because without the funds to promote our message, we wouldn't be able to get it out," Mr Schrader said.

As a result of last year's golf day, they were able to get signs made to put up around the place, advertising how people use the service.

"It's about eliminating the fear of calling Crime Stoppers," Mr Schrader said.

With their sights set on 100 golfers for the day, Mr Schrader said anyone interested could pop down to the golf club from 10am.

The golf will be a two-ball medley ambrose with a shotgun start at 11.30am. Cost is $20 a player.

To reserve a spot, phone the Pro Shop on 4661 3664.
