IT'S starting to sound a lot like Christmas with the annual Carols in the Park Christmas concert under way at Leslie Park.

Hundreds have spread out their blankets on the grass, eager to enjoy some Christmas cheer from local performers such as Erin, Tegan and Keely Hilton, Amy Liesegang, Kristy Searson, The Fern Brothers, Emma Bell and Chapter III.

The Warwick City Band and Warwick Choral Society warmed up the crowd before the sun started to set.

Plenty of food vans have set up for the occasion, serving delicious dishes such as pizza, burgers and hot chips.

The event will be running until 8pm tonight.

If you got your picture snapped at the carols, keep an eye on the Daily News website tomorrow for a gallery of all the snaps!
