Coach receives terrific farewell

WARWICK Gymnastic Club coach Jo Warry had the perfect send-off gift when her students performed well at the recent Beaudesert Invitational Competition.

The level four and five gymnasts Madison Ammenhauser, Britany Casey, Samantha Pearson, Claudia Eather and India Peel all placed at the event in vault, beam and floor events. Samantha placed second overall along with Claudia, while India scored first place overall.

It was Warry’s final session with the girls, as she has now left Warwick for a new adventure in New South Wales.

As a result, the Warwick Gymnastic Club is looking for more coaches. If you have previous experience or are interested in becoming a coach, contact the club on 4661 9826 or email warwickgymnastics@bigpond.com
