HE'S zip-lined a buggy over croc-infested waters, floated a Hilux across a river and even purpose built an army tanker.

With all of that under his belt, you wouldn't think there was much more that could excite host of four-wheel-drive and adventure show - All 4 Adventure Unleashed - Jason Andrews.

The Sunshine Coast man started from humble beginnings filming his adventures on a handy-cam but has recently launched All 4 Adventure Unleashed, the most watched of its kind on Australian television, to the USA market via subscription television.

Unleashed TV, which can now be streamed in both Australia and the states via their own website and channel, sees Jason and his partner-in-crime Simon, take it up a notch from All 4 Adventure TV.

The show provides the perfect excuse for the mates to customise their big rigs, into monster rigs and test them out in uncharted territory.

Mr Andrews finished filming season nine in May, a nine-week trek across the Northern Territory involving a 12-tonne army truck, the restoration of a lost, historic plaque and an unforgiving, relentless adventure.

"We started at the Simpson Desert and ended up at the Gulf of Carpentaria," Mr Andrews said.

"We used the tanker to smash through the bush once we reached it, the track hadn't been used for years and it was so overgrown and thick.

"The army tanker ended up getting bogged in the salt planes, and when we finally got it out we set up a base camp on the other side with at least another 6km to go. We had to go the rest of the way on quad bikes because the bush was impenetrable."

There isn't much left of Australia that Mr Andrews hasn't seen, but his trip to the US was uncharted territory.

"I have been doing this for 10 years and the last six or so years All 4 Adventure has been the most watched adventure four-wheel-driving show in Australia."

Mr Andrews flew back to his Noosa home from the US yesterday morning after the launch of the online subscription of Unleashed TV.

Already the show has more than 13,000 subscribers.

"We tapped into something that is really successful," Mr Andrews said.

"Television is going to the internet and we pioneered that space with our show."

He said the crew would begin filming again in May, and the opportunities were "endless".

"There's still so many things we want to do and there's no limit," he said.

"The next season could take us anywhere."
