Come on ... cheer on our Pentath runners
THE half marathon and 10km are the two races where loud shouts of cheer from the finish lines will be welcomed with open arms from our runners.
The approach to the finish line is where fatigue has set in, the aches and pains have become apparent, and from personal experience runners embrace the calls of cheer at the end, it automatically gives that extra push to get runners over the line.
There are no stopping points along the course considered suitable or safe for spectators.
So, for all our magnificent supporters, please head straight to the finish points, and save your chants, calls and signs to those approaching the last stage, as this is truly the best and safest place to be for the runners and yourselves.
The cost to compete in the half is only $55 and just $40 for the 10km ascent.
Again, you can register today, just visit our website: http://www.pentathrun.com and click on the 'sign me up now'.
