A COFFEE shop to suit all diets is about to open in the bustling heart of the Rose City, as demand for gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary alternatives grows.

No eyebrows will be raised when customers ask for almond milk or coconut milk in their coffee, according to cafe owner Honey Hope.

Smack bang in the middle of Rose City Shoppingworld, Honeydew Coffee the latest venture coming Rose City Shoppingworld.

A final fit-out is underway, and Ms Hope expects to crank up the coffee machine in three weeks.

The cafe's central location outside Big W will mean sustenance is less than a few paces away for busy shoppers going about their business.

While fabulous, convenient coffee is the focus of the new cafe, it is the wide selection of dietary options that aim to set this business apart.

Traditional cafe delights will be met with vegan cakes, gluten free goodies and sugar-free options.

Cafe manager In Hee Jeong said there was an increasing demand for dietary alternatives among Warwick's health-conscious population.

"I see so many people who have to be very selective about where they go, they have to chose very carefully because of their diet."

Dietary anomalies like gluten intolerance or veganism can make eating out tricky.

People with different diets often go to great lengths to try and find food and beverage options that will suit their needs.

The rustic decorations aim to reflect Warwick's cosy, country atmosphere.
