A final fit-out is underway, and Ms Hope expects to crank up the coffee machine in three weeks.

Cafe manager In Hee Jeong said there was an increasing demand for dietary alternatives among Warwick's health-conscious population.
"I see so many people who have to be very selective about where they go, they have to chose very carefully because of their diet."
