Costs cannot be released: Greens
AS THE Australian Greens party continues its push to appeal to a wider range of voters in rural and regional areas, it has promised to get its policies independently costed.
Deputy Leader Adam Bandt said yesterday that the party would be enlisting the newly created Parliamentary Budget Office to obtain the complete costings of The Greens' policies.
But during a press conference during the final parliamentary sitting week, Greens Leader Senator Christine Milne would not promise voters to release the complete independent costings to the public.
