Crews rush to car submerged in river

UPDATE: A search has been completed and it's believed there are no occupants in the vehicle.
EARLIER: Crews are rushing to the Fairymead Boat Ramp after a witness spotted an overturned car in the water.
Swift water, ambulance and police crews were called out to the incident.
It is believed a truck is being called in to drag the vehicle out of the water.
