Shed, cars engulfed by flames in Southern Downs fire
UPDATE 12pm: A house has been saved from the flames at a fire at Pratten.
The blaze engulfed a shed and three cars but crews managed to save a nearby house, which was also under threat.
A spokeswoman from Queensland Fire and Emergency Services said the fire was brought under control about 12pm.
The fire burnt out about five acres of land and was tended to by five urban and two rural appliances.
Crews remain on the scene.

The spokeswoman said the fire started about 10.30am this morning but the cause of the blaze was unknown.
INITIAL 11am: Fire crews are en route to a fire burning through grass at Pratten.
The fire is believed to have caught alight at Ross St in the Southern Downs town.
The size of the fire is unknown at this stage.
