
CRIME WRAP: Malt House disturbance, drugs, unlawful driving
A MAN from Beenleigh copped a hefty fine for disorderly behaviour at the Malt House early this morning after he was arrested and taken in by police.
The man was charged with a public nuisance offence after a disturbance at the popular Warwick venue about 12.20 this morning.
Warwick Police issued the 37-year-old male with a $783 fine.
Unlawful driver
DRIVING without a licence has landed a 22-year-old woman from Ipswich with a notice to appear in the Warwick Magistrates Court at a later date.
The woman was intercepted on Wood St at 4.15 yesterday afternoon.
Drug driving
POLICE also stopped a man on the Cunningham Highway yesterday and charged him with a drug driving offence.
The 42-year-old man from Maleny was pulled over by Warwick Police near Clintonvale about 3.50pm.
He has been issued with a notice to appear at the Warwick Magistrates Court at a later date.
