Cunningham to host polocrosse this weekend at Bony Mountain
POLOCROSSE: Three weekends of polocrosse action on the Southern Downs will start with the Cunningham carnival this weekend.
The Cunningham carnival is on Saturday and Sunday starting at 8am each day at the Bony Mountain Recreation Reserve.
Competitions will be played at open and junior level with a non-competitive mini junior competition for players under the age of 12.
Meals will be available on Friday and Saturday nights with entertainment on the Saturday night.
The Cunningham club will be represented by Carly Cooper and Anthony O'Leary in a Queensland under-21 team in an interstate series at Walkaway near Geraldton on September 24-25.
Cunningham will also be represented by Dan Cooper and Chloe Schultz in a Queensland junior team heading to play interstate games at the Perth Royal Show on September 29 and Western Australia State Championships on October 8-9.
