Three Cutters players cut it as Bushrangers in rep team

RUGBY LEAGUE: The first representative rugby league team of the season has been announced by the Border Rugby League selectors.

The Border Bushrangers A-grade representative team will play in Miles on April 9 as part of the south-west games.

Brett Lambert, Dion Galloway and John Trindall are the three Killarney players in the team while the combined Stanthorpe/Texas side has Nathan Brannigan and Bennett Sutton.

Wallangarra will also provide two players - Jeremy Gadd and James Springborg.

Last year's Cowboys coach Matt Gainey is the team coach.

Inglewood and Tenterfield clubs have the most players in the Bushrangers team.
