ROAD LESS TRAVELLED: Mt Lindesay Rd needs fixing before a fatality.

HOW many more people need to complain before something is done to fix Mt Lindesay Rd?

That is the question asked by many frequent what they're calling a dangerous death-trap.

And the latest voice carrying concern is Killarney's Sonya Carr, who said enough was enough.

"Sunday night I came home through there and you just can't believe the state of it," Ms Carr said.

"I got back to Killarney and I felt sick in the stomach from hanging on to the steering wheel so tight and dodging potholes.

"I was almost vomiting."

Ms Carr said she had to travel the road weekly, and feared for her and others' lives.

"It's going to claim someone's life," she said.

"Because I do it often, I know where to slow down, but it's going to be an innocent tourist who doesn't know the road who is going to get killed."

Ms Carr said the communities needed to band together to make their voices heard.

"I hope with all this people power, we can do something."
