Fans greet Home and Away hunk on Downs film set
THE best little town on the Downs is more than a little star struck today, with fans getting up close and personal with former Home and Away Steve Peacocke.
Peacocke, who played the fan favourite Darryl 'Brax' Braxton on the hit TV series, is in Allora filming the new series Wanted.
Gold Logie winner Rebecca Gibney is also in town, greeting fans near the Allora IGA this morning.
Bubblez Barbierato from Warwick is more than a little starstruck after meeting Peacocke.
"He's even more amazing in person than he is on TV," she said.
"He didn't say too much as he had to go have lunch but he was incredible and made sure he got photos with everyone there before he left. Everyone was left in aw after they met him."
Large crowds of fans had been waiting out since 8.30am to get a glimpse of the star.
Filming for Wanted has already taken place in Warwick, Stanthorpe, Killarney and Clifton - with the stars delighting fans in each of the towns.
Peacocke and Gibney will continue filming in Allora this afternoon.
