Darling Downs police search for stolen car, bank cards

DARLING Downs Police are appealing to the public for information in relation to the theft of a vehicle and the fraudulent use of bank cards.

Overnight on Friday May 13, a blue 2012 Subaru XV hatchback with Queensland registration 866SWQ was stolen from a home in Warwick.

The vehicle owner's wallet, containing bank cards, was in the vehicle at the time of the theft, and the cards have since been fraudulently used on a number of occasions, most recently at a service station in Toowoomba.

Police would like information on the identity of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigations into the use of one of the stolen credit cards at a service station in Warwick.

Police would appreciate any assistance with the location of the vehicle or identity of this person.
