Deadline looms for rates discount
RATEPAYERS have until next Friday to pay their rates at the discount price.
The deadline for the discount is 5pm, September 4.
Mayor Peter Blundell said 31% of rates had been paid.
"Only people who have paid rates and charges in full by the due date will be eligible for the 7.5% discount," he said.
