DELAYED: Medical centre opening pushed back
A NEW medical centre was due to open its doors in Warwick yesterday but the opening date has now been delayed until February 7.
Rose City Medical Centre will be opening inside Priceline Pharmacy, to give residents more choice when it comes to healthcare.
The centre is owned by O Plus Health and owner Chris Owen who said the centre was ready but the opening was delayed as the team were waiting on a doctor.
Mr Owen said a doctor had been found and would be ready for the opening next month.
There is great excitement surrounding the opening, as Mr Owen said the development at Rose City Shoppingworld was progressing steadily.
"It's all coming together, the car park should be open soon and Coles should be open in the next couple of months," he said.
Priceline Pharmacy opened on December 1 and the new medical centre will be accessible through a door at the back of the store.
