WATCH: Do you know who killed Tiahleigh Palmer?

ALMOST seven months after her body was found on the banks of the Pimpama River, a new photo of murdered schoolgirl Tiahleigh Palmer is hitting the streets.

Today, her mum Cyndi Palmer, alongside Queensland Police and Park Ridge Transit launched a new campaign to try and catch the person responsible for her death.

Four buses have been plastered with the new photo, in a bid to get someone to come forward with the vital piece of information police need.

Ms Palmer said she hoped the new image would help jog someone's memory.

"If you know something, and you're afraid to come forward then write a letter," she urged

Ms Palmer said it was important to keep her daughter's face out there, so people were reminded of what happened.

Ms Palmer said she wanted justice for her daughter, and she wanted answers as to what happened.

"To be honest it's getting harder, not easier," she said.

"I think it has taken time to sink in, we're still getting counselling."

Detective Superintendent Dave Hutchinson said police had received about a dozen pieces of information after purple wristbands were handed out outside Marsden State High School over a week ago.

"The response from the public has slowed down, but we had about another dozen pieces of information since last week," he said.

"There are people out there who know what happened and we want them to come forward.

"I would remind people about the reward and indemnity.

"They must be thinking about it and we want them to come forward."

A $250,000 reward is on offer for anyone who comes forward with information that may assist police to help arrest and convict those responsible.
