Driver caught over the limit at Emu Vale

A MAN is due to front Warwick court after blowing over five times the legal limit at Emu Vale on Saturday evening.

The man was found to be parked illegally at the middle of an intersection.

Yangan Police breath tested the man, where he was found to be over the limit.

From there he was taken back to Warwick Police station, where he recorded a blood alcohol reading of .252.

He will face court tomorrow.
