Driver escapes after prime mover catches fire

A WOMAN managed to get out of her truck after it caught fire on Inglewood-Millmerran Rd in the early hours of this morning.

Emergency services were called to the scene, about 20km south of Millmerran, about 4am.

A spokeswoman from Queensland Fire and Emergency Services said the truck was not carrying any materials and the driver was the only occupant of the vehicle.

Crews were able to bring the fire under control and left the scene about 5am.

Paramedics assessed one patient at the scene but they declined assistance.
